For example.
The product that Martyn and I created together and are launching in 2023 started by looking for the right market.
The market we chose is a $600 Billion market.
If I can capture 0.1% that’s $600M
If I can only capture 0.01% that’s $60M
And .001% is still $6M
That means if I make a great product for this market, I have HUGE scale potential.
THEN we created the front end product.
We found a product (already selling like crazy on amazon & google) that if we brand we can sell it for a higher price and a 10.7% COGS.
And on the back end sell affiliate offers, create complimenting products, sell information, and more to turn every customer into an ASSET for the brand.
How much would you pay to acquire a customer who would spend $500 a more in your store at 80%+ margins?
That’s why we don’t “find winning products.”
But most of you are already selling a product and why we consider this Phase 0.
So let’s keep going.
Phase 1 - Scaling "front to back"
Now it’s time to take your high margins and buy customers.
Validate the product market fit.
Find the perfect avatar and scale to 10 sales a day.
This is where you live and don’t move beyond until you master…
Phase 2 - Building the Experience
Now that you’re getting new customers in the door it’s time to WOW them, court them, and build relationships with them.
While everyone else is looking for a new customer. I’m trying to build deep levels of trust with my customers.
This is such a counterintuitive thing in the market, but it blows my mind no-one does this.
You have this asset in your business, that are easily worth thousands in repeat purchasers over their lifetime…
…and instead of doing all you can to maximize that.

When you do this it allows you to crank up repeat purchases and other upsells to bring your AOV up high enough to scale.
Phase 3 - Scaling "Back to Front"
Now that we cranked up the AOV we can use Profitable Scaling Economics to fine tune every piece of the funnel…
…until we have a healthy dose of margin on the front end we can use to crank up ad spend until we hit our max spending ceiling.
This is what everyone get’s wrong.
You maximize your revenue and lifetime value BEFORE you scale.
It’s why most stores hit a glass ceiling and can’t go beyond it.
Phase 4 - Building Your Team
Once we are scaling we start hiring people to run every piece of the machine.
Media buyers, graphic designers, account managers, fulfillment, etc.
That gives us the time to focus on the business, not run it.
This is where you start to get a taste of the lifestyle you’ve been working towards.
Phase 5 - Scaling "the Business"
And finally, we focus on hiring team members to work on the business for us.
CMO’s, CRO’s, COO’s, etc.
So all you’ll have to do is set goals and vision for the brand and let them do their thing.
That’s when you get true freedom and can manage or sell the business for millions of dollars.
